The Brief
AB InBev are the worlds biggest brewer. Their employer brand team wanted a social-first campaign to raise awareness of new D&I strategy and boost talent sign-ups.
The Creative
Focussing on key pillars of AB InBev’s strategy, the films feature key members of the team. Providing an authentic introduction into their policies and celebrating their incredible people. Powerful messaging, hero films and supporting content were developed across all formats for internal and external channels.
The Results
The campaign delivered impressive results across all regions. 4.8 million total impressions, over 1.3 million video views, 599 conversions to the talent sign up (Target was 200). And an impressive 81.42% increase in page views to the D&I page.
